What this website collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
Simplicity Software & Systems Limited, a company registered in the United Republic of Tanzania, based in Dodoma, Tanzania. For anything in this notice, write to info@simplicitysoftwares.co.tz.
What this website collects
- Your browser’s local storage. When you answer the two questions on first visit, your answers and the fact that you answered are saved in your own browser so we do not ask again. This never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
- Nothing else, automatically. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving those files.
When you contact us
The enquiry form on this site has no server behind it. Submitting it opens your own email application with the details filled in, and nothing is stored on the website. Once you send that email, we hold what you wrote in our mailbox and use it only to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver that work.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period Tanzanian tax and company law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use service providers for email and hosting, who process data on our instructions. Where a client engagement requires us to handle personal data belonging to your organisation, that is governed by the contract between us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@simplicitysoftwares.co.tz and we will respond within thirty days. You may also clear this site’s stored answers at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be posted here.
