Careers
Work on systems people actually depend on
Small teams, real responsibility, and clients whose operations change when you get it right. If you would rather understand a warehouse than argue about frameworks, you will like it here.

Where we are hiring
We hire slowly and keep people. If nothing here fits but you think you should be here, write to us anyway.
Full-stack Engineer
You will work directly with clients, not behind a project manager. TypeScript and one of Node, Python or PHP in production, and enough curiosity to ask why a process exists before automating it.
Mobile Engineer (Flutter / Android)
Offline-first field applications for people working far from a stable connection. Experience with sync conflicts, background jobs and low-end devices matters more than a big brand name on your CV.
IT Support Engineer
The first voice a client hears when something breaks. Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, networking fundamentals, and the patience to explain things clearly in English and Swahili.
Business Analyst
You will spend your first week of every project watching how work actually gets done, then turn that into a scope a team can build from. Strong writing is the core skill.
How we hire
Four steps, about two weeks
01/
Apply
Email us with what you have built. A link to real work beats a long CV every time.
02/
Conversation
An hour about how you think and what you want to be doing in two years. Not a quiz.
03/
Practical
A small paid exercise close to real work. You keep what you make, whatever we decide.
04/
Offer
A clear offer with the salary written down, and an honest answer if it is a no.
Not a job seeker?
Looking for a team instead?
If you landed here because you need people to build something, that is the other half of what we do.
